    Please note that processing times (time to prepare your parcel) are separate from shipping times.

    Refer to the following guidelines when ordering:

  • Order Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

    These are the times we need to prepare your package and make sure your order is perfect:

    💜 Undated planners: 1 - 2 business days.

    ❤️ Dated planners: 2 - 3 business days.

    💛 Other items: 1 - 2 business days.

    You will receive another notification from us when your order has shipped

  • Shipping information

    Shipping times range from 3 to 7 business days via media mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx.

    Keep in mind that these times do NOT include processing time of your order.

    🌴 We do not ship on weekends or US holidays.

    🎁 During holidays, delays may occur due to high volume.

    📬 We can't guarantee delivery dates/times as it varies by shipping provider and delivery location.

    No more guessing where your package is!

    Just follow your package as it leaves our shop all the way to your address.

  • ♥ Incorrect Addresses

    Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address. We won't be responsible for undelivered or lost packages. However, if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (minus the shipping fee) and ask you to resubmit the order.

Free Shipping Policy

Orders over $50 get free shipping automatically.

SHIPPING TIME:

About 5 - 7 business days to get to the destination address via media mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. Order fulfillment (processing time) is not included in this time-frame.
