Each Caramelo is sewn at the top edge.
You may carefully loosen and pull the thread to open the pocket while keeping Caramelo fully intact as a keepsake.

Caramelo was created as a reminder that creativity doesn’t live on a screen.

This is an invitation to use your hands, make little messes, and enjoy the process, not rush the result.

Caramelo measures approximately 10.5″ wide by 14″ high when flat.

After filling, its width and height vary slightly to accommodate the contents inside.

Caramelo Surprise Pocket is made from sturdy, high-quality cardstock so it can be opened, loved, and saved as a keepsake.

Classic Caramelos are created using warm kraft cardstock, giving them their signature natural, cozy look and handmade feel.

Some special or seasonal Caramelos may be made with smooth white 110 lb cardstock to allow for printed colors, illustrations, or themed finishes.

Each Caramelo is carefully sewn at the top and bottom edges to reinforce the closure and structure.

This stitching allows the pocket to be gently opened by undoing the thread, offering an alternative to tearing for those who wish to preserve their Caramelo intact.

Every Caramelo is glued, stitched, assembled, and finished by hand in our studio.

Once opened, Caramelo doesn’t disappear.

The pocket itself becomes a keepsake, a reminder of your analog moment.
